Great staff, very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Even if there is a line it's never a long wait.
I personally think that this is a wonderful bank and I am very grateful to be a member they are very helpful, understanding, and courteous i am going to be a happy member for as long as I am able to be... Thank you all for your time, service and patience...

Loved their service . Completely worked around my schedule even called me to have me come back so I didn’t have to wait all that time with my four month old who is teething so i appreciated that. Also finally got my debit card which I had been trying to get situated for weeks.
My wife has been applying at Coast Central for years. She has an extensive cash handling background and previous credit union experience as a member service supervisor and the individual that established the so-called merchant windows in the entire County of Humboldt back in the 90's. She was hired trained and mentored by Steve Antongiovanni himself. Coast Central hasn't even been decent enough to give her an interview.
