The staff were pretty unhelpful and this bank can barely do anything for their customers anymore. Ever since their company got bought out, I've noticed a severe downfall in their quality of service. They are no longer "local", and no longer producing the benefits therein.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Probably one of the worst banks in the United States. Refused service to account holders and withholding their funds. DO NOT KEEP FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT! They will take your funds and refuse you service when you try to get YOUR money. Use ANY other bank.
Parking is never a problem no matter which branch I use. My transactions always complete quickly, so I couldn't be happier.
It's very good to have open banking 7 days a week and most holidays abd the employees are friendly, I am a member since 2008
