Wonderful first experience! The service absolutely lives up to the rave reviews. Alex and Matt were punctual, communicative, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best approach for cleaning our carpets. With a golden retriever who sheds like crazy and has free rein of the house, plus a baby who just started crawling, getting our carpets professionally cleaned felt like a must—and it was worth every penny. They did a fantastic job, and we’ll absolutely be hiring them again!
Absolutely fantastic! I have a condo that is way too far from a parking lot, so Alex was able to bring a professional portable carpet cleaner and do the upstairs and the stairs. Really professional guys and I'll be referring them all over the place. Use these guys you'll be glad you did!
We had Coast Carpet Cleaning clean our rugs before we moved back in after a remodel. They were great to work with and did a very good job. As an example of their customer service I forgot a carpet that I wanted cleaned and told them after they had packed up and were ready to leave. They said "no problem" and took care of that last carpet. I really appreciated their professionalism and sympathy for my forgetting a carpet. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future!
These guys are AMAZING! Super professional, great communication beforehand, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. They are very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They will definitely be our permanent carpet/furniture cleaners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
