There are not enough words to say about this company and their staff. Finding caregivers for your loved ones is not an easy task. But Nubia from Coast Care does just that, along with all of their other staff members. The providers they have given us are kind, caring, and professional. They help our loved one feel safe, secure, and cared for as if we have known them for awhile.
Your drivers are rude and don't know how to drive.
Terrible caregivers who don't follow instructions, often don't show up, or arrive late. Scheduling doesn't tell you who is coming until 9 p.m. the night before. Two different caregivers left the 89 year old man without feeding him or giving him a drink. One didn't give him breakfast until 11:45 p.m.
