Please note it’s not ok nor professional to BARGE into a clients apartment room without knocking.there could be family or a private care giver present. Also, please always remember to clarify who you are. Night crew needs to be more polite.

I am on day three of trying to get somebody to start services. We have an authorization from insurance with approved hours. Yet every time I call I get told they can’t find us in the system. They take down my information and say they’ll call me back. However, nobody calls me back. Huge lack of communication, follow up/through.

Coast Care Home Care was really there for us when my Grandmother came home from a 5 day stay at the hospital. They helped us take care of her needs as she had become bedridden and their assistance meant everything to our family. They were kind, gentle, caring, and communicative with each and every one of us. We are so grateful for their services and how they go above and beyond to give their clients the best quality care possible.

There are not enough words to say about this company and their staff. Finding caregivers for your loved ones is not an easy task. But Nubia from Coast Care does just that, along with all of their other staff members. The providers they have given us are kind, caring, and professional. They help our loved one feel safe, secure, and cared for as if we have known them for awhile.
