I haven’t stayed at the Coast Capri for years and it was still fabulous. From the moment I entered the lobby with a sign saying “ Guest of the Day” which was me, to the little bag with cookies, GC for the restaurant and other information. The suite was very clean & all the staff I encountered were so friendly. My new favourite spot in Kelowna.

I found this extremely disgusting and unacceptable, especially in a hotel where cleanliness and proper housekeeping should be a basic expectation. Overall, I... read more
