Staff are beyond awesome!! Especially the ladies looking after the pol side and restaurant. Clean and fresh rooms. They were quick to change iur room when we first arrived as the first one wasn’t suitable for our needs! We will be back!!

Wonderful staff, clean room, a bit pricy but worth it when compared to other nearby hotel/motels. Pool was excellent, enjoyed the restaurant. Able to leave luggage in storage after we checked out due to later flight to explore Kelowna further and then retrieve before flying out. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were so kind and lovely! Bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed our stay (other than plumbing noises can be loud at night).

The location is convenient and easy to access, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The rooms felt outdated and could use significant renovation and better maintenance. Cleanliness was average, and the hotel did not provide the level of comfort I expected for the price. The service was also disappointing, as the staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive when assistance was needed. Don’t even try any breakfast at this hotel. Horrible experience. Checked in at 4 and had to leave by 6:30 for a dinner reso. Went to shower and the bathtub would not drain. Immediately went to the front desk and explained the time crunch. Service came around 4:30. Maintenance man was extremely kind and apologetic, only good experience we had. He was not able to fix the drain as it required much more work than we had time for.
