Good for day to day but nothing else, if you want loc or loans I find every one else is more willing to help , excellent credit and years of loyalty mean nothing here.
I absolutely hate this particular branch. They have one woman who's a Karen and wants to know all about my business. Shes ride, condescending. I won't go back
On the same day I went to activate my new card I am closing my account. Incredibly rude and callous teller. I would never want to be a part of something like coast capital savings
I was promised a few hundred dollars as a promotion for opening a high interest savings account and having my work deposit a check into the account. I was supposed to get the promotion 2 months after the money was deposited but it never came. I visited mulitiple times and was told each time that the money would come. About 6 months went by since I opened the account around march and recently I was told I had to be age of majority (19) to receive the promotion, I am 18.
