I was promised a few hundred dollars as a promotion for opening a high interest savings account and having my work deposit a check into the account. I was supposed to get the promotion 2 months after the money was deposited but it never came. I visited mulitiple times and was told each time that the money would come. Shout out to Sonia (not sure if that is the spelling)! I had a mortgage application question and even though she can't help me because it's out of province which is outside their scope, she was so willing to share information and extend her knowledge on what I should do to move forward. Customer Service at its best!
The front line staff are incredibly friendly and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. Always smiling and very patient with me.
