On the same day I went to activate my new card I am closing my account. Incredibly rude and callous teller. I would never want to be a part of something like coast capital savings

I was promised a few hundred dollars as a promotion for opening a high interest savings account and having my work deposit a check into the account. I was supposed to get the promotion 2 months after the money was deposited but it never came. I visited mulitiple times and was told each time that the money would come. About 6 months went by since I opened the account around march and recently I was told I had to be age of majority (19) to receive the promotion, I am 18. Shout out to Sonia (not sure if that is the spelling)! I had a mortgage application question and even though she can't help me because it's out of province which is outside their scope, she was so willing to share information and extend her knowledge on what I should do to move forward. Customer Service at its best!
