We have been trying for over a month to get business deposit bags from this location because it is conveniently located near our business, and we have multiple nearby locations. Unfortunately, every time we visit, we end up waiting in line for 10–15 minutes just to be told that they have either already placed an order or are currently out of bags. I have been a Coast Capital customer for 30 plus years and my last experience at this location has me looking to bank elsewhere. We came in to cash two cheques and deposit coins and it was a nightmare. Our teller had to confirm pretty much everything she was doing with another teller next to her and literally looked for any reason not to allow us to cash the cheques. Consistently slow. If you enjoy watching employees talk about there sisters cousins new baby. Or a friends friends vacation. This bank is for you. Absolutely the slowest bank I've been with.
So for the longest time I didn't have a bank account I opened one here last year actually it's been since December of last year I have been unable to get online banking because I don't know what the seven digit PIN is I didn't even realize there was one I've tried to get it from the bank or tried to change it and all they've done is told me well I can't change anything and they can't tell me anything because I don't have two pieces of picture ID when I opened the account with one piece of ID. so now I have to go get another ... read more
