The slowest and worst customer service. Every time I come here it’s bad awful slow service. This time waited 20 minutes while the same 2 tellers were with the same 2 clients. Then the guy on the third teller closed his wicket to go sit on his phone in an office while the line got longer and longer. Will be closing my account and going somewhere where customer service matters.

I had an appointment with a loan officer for bridge financing. After over an hour of him puzzling through the process, he said he was going to approve the loan and he just needed one more piece of information. I sent it that day and asked for written confirmation. A week later, after 3 phone calls that immediately went to voice mail and 2 email messages, I still haven't heard from him.

Avoid coast capital like the plague. It’s like going to a bank run by high school kids. My big 5 bank has the same lineups but at least they can solve the issue when you get to the front of the line and these people can’t. All they can do is make up an excuse and run away.

Do NOT deposit cash at this ATM. After Brinks reconciled my ATM deposits, somehow cash went missing, at least twice. I talked to the bank multiple times with no resolution or proper investigation.
