Went above and beyond to assist me. Very pleasant and professional treatment from Amandeep Kaur and her colleague.
I had to wait 3 weeks to see an advisor about opening an account. On the day of the appointment, (which she was 15 minutes late for), she laughed in my face when discussing my credit score and my financial situation. I was truly hoping for a positive experience, but this really let me down. I waited all that time and walked away with nothing, and no clarity.
Worst branch. First broadmeed and than Oak bay no wonder why people left and continue to leave
