This branch is great. There is never a line up and the people here are friendlier than the langford branch
No envelopes provided for out the door on the holidays to deposit money for Jan 1st payment. PLEASE delete any charges if any as I really didnt have an option to deposit my money!!!! No need to call. Just dont need to be charged any fees because there were no envelopes to deposit my payment

I had a checking account and one night I got a notification by text that a $20 e- transfer has just been sent from my account. I knew this hadn’t happened because I didn’t do it so I phoned them immediately and I told them that this $20 had been stolen from my account. In the following few minutes another $500 and then another $2000 were also transferred out of my account by e-transfers.
