Always happy to bank with them. One teller happens to make my life miserable and has accused me of lying two separate times. Worth it if you can ignore the young pale man with glasses.
I got my truck loan, my trailer loan and my line of credit elsewhere. They wouldn't touch me. At least I don't pay fees on my bank account. Get new ATM's and stop charging $1.50 for etransfers please.

I wish I could give you 0 stars. I drove here only to find no access to the bank…. Bank here at your own risk.
Perpetually understaffed. Two tellers at your main location downtown on a weekday is not enough. The one remaining ATM cannot be accessed after the mall closes and doesn’t work half the time. Staff seem to be aware of the problems but nothing gets fixed. I miss the neighborhood branches like in James Bay where they remembered your name. Coast Capital has really gone downhill.
