I wish I could give you 0 stars. I drove here only to find no access to the bank…. Bank here at your own risk.
Perpetually understaffed. Two tellers at your main location downtown on a weekday is not enough. The one remaining ATM cannot be accessed after the mall closes and doesn’t work half the time. Staff seem to be aware of the problems but nothing gets fixed. I miss the neighborhood branches like in James Bay where they remembered your name. Coast Capital has really gone downhill.
Daniel REALLY let us down. I am 35+ year member, with ALL my banking needs met here. It has been 6 weeks (so far) for a simple RESP transfer and STILL we have nothing. Unbelievable. 3 phone calls to customer service, talked to other folks who said they would correct this. STILL WAITING. I almost NEVER write negative reviews but, I am furious. Zero respect here and I feel quite upset.
Two of the three ATMs at this location have been permanently closed. The last remaining one is now out of service, and I had to use a competitor's machine and pay a $5 fee to withdraw cash.
Profiled every time I make a cash withdrawal at the teller. Worst customer service ever
