My experience was positive today. The representative Luca was very helpful and immediately looked for someone who could assist me. The assistant manager Gautham came over shortly after and took care of the issue right away. I am very impressed with how friendly, professional, and quick the customer service was.

My recent experience with Coast Capital has been incredibly disappointing. I received an unsolicited call about my investments maturing and was told there were concerns about my money not earning interest. Since I was at work, I asked to schedule a specific time for a follow-up call so I could block off time in my calendar. The appointment came and went without any call or explanation. Always happy to bank with them. One teller happens to make my life miserable and has accused me of lying two separate times. Worth it if you can ignore the young pale man with glasses.
I got my truck loan, my trailer loan and my line of credit elsewhere. They wouldn't touch me. At least I don't pay fees on my bank account. Get new ATM's and stop charging $1.50 for etransfers please.
