The strongest asset of this hotel is undeniably its excellent location for exploring the Canmore/Banff area. However, the rest of the experience did not match the price point. The rooms felt outdated and lacked modern amenities. The design was odd, with a noticeably small bathroom that felt disproportionate compared to the size of the main room. If you book with your credit card company and have to cancel because your spouse gets into a horrible bike accident and is unable to travel because of multiple broken ribs and a punctured lung….Also, it’s your ten year wedding anniversary trip that you literally have to put on pause until he’s cleared to fly months from now and you WERE going to rebook with this hotel….Your credit card company will reach out to Canmore Coast Hotel and request a cancellation-full refund and guess what?!
