We had a wonderful stay at the Coast Hotel in Downtown, Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, just what we needed for a relaxing visit. One small detail was missing: the usual pairs of slippers that typically come with the room. Emma Xu, a staff member at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly courteous and took the extra step to personally track us down and deliver the slippers. Her thoughtful gesture and professionalism truly made us feel valued as guests. Hotel was very good stay was very good and specially thanks to brijesh he is a kindness person and very helping person
The room and hotel was clean, and the staff were pleasant to deal with. The only downside is the parking, which seems to be a common problem with the area. If I was travelling using taxi/uber I would likely book this hotel again. If I am driving my car or a rental, I would likely book something further outside of the downtown core where parking is more readily available.
Ottimo hotel se si vuole soggiornare a Calgary. Situato in una posizione strategica per visitare il centro cittadino, la nostra stanza era dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. Unica problema (non attribuibile alla struttura) il rumore già dal mattino presto che proveniva dal cantiere attivo proprio di fronte alla camera da letto.
