Here we are again another poor choice on my behalf something needs to be done with their inexperienced tech I had an alignment concern. I brought my truck to them. They had two different technicians on it first one so the truck was pulling hard to the right which one I took it in there. It takes a lot to turn around a terrible situation. I just wanted to put a five star review which I converted from a one star review to an outstanding attention to detail and great customer satisfaction and service. Art in service went above and beyond rectify the problem and I can’t thank him enough. I know where I’ll be coming to service my vehicle.

Very disappointed in the service department at this dealership. This is the second time I brought my vehicle in for service picked it up and had to bring it back. Whoever took it for a test drive must’ve slammed on the brakes at some point because all the stuff in the back of my truck slid forward into the center console and the back of the front seat. I think it might be worth a drive for me to bring it to Brooksville for service from now on.
