I brought my vehicle here for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but the whole experience turned out to be pretty frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled well in advance, yet it still took them over two and a half hours just to finish that basic service while I sat waiting in the lounge. To make things worse, nobody bother to give me an update on why it was taking so long, and when I finally got my keys back, I noticed they didn't even bother to wash the grease smudges off the driver's side door panel.
They did a fantastic job detailing my truck. It looks brand new, both inside and out.
I stopped in late afternoon on a Thursday and was driving home in my new vehicle the next day. Scott Taylor was amazing to deal with. He was able to get me a good price for my trade, offered several payment options to consider, had all the paperwork together when I arrived, helped to set up OnStar and gmc app on phone, went over all the bells and whistles in the new car. He made it a seamless process.
