I purchased a Ferno stretcher from them and ever since I purchased it we have had so many issues. The stretcher has had issues with it since day 1. Customer service does not care to help at all. Do not purchase from them!!!

Purchased 2 used stretchers from Coast. The agreement was that they would come as-is fully functional with all components. Both were missing key components and 1 had operational buttons that are dysfunctional and not repairable. I have not unboxed the 2nd stretcher. The salesman refused to troubleshoot or send replacement parts to make the cot functional.
