Excellent 2 night stay. Wonderful location with friendly and professional staff. Hotel was very clean and had good amenities. Parking was convenient and only $9 per day. Highly recommended.
I strongly recommend this hotel.I travel frequently stay in many hotels. I recently stayed in a prestigious hotel, and I must say that it was put to shame by the Coast Bastion hotel. Before arrival I was telling my friends how very impressed I was with the pre-arrival Communications offering me ways to prepare for my stay that went above and beyond. We arrived in Nanaimo, walked around for a bit, then checked into the hotel. While checking in, I was selected as Guest of the Day 😊 and received a $25 gift certificate for the restaurant in the hotel! Let’s just say, the girls at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Then we got to our room, and I was completely awestruck. The room was stunning, and the ocean harbour views were unlike anything I’ve ever seen before!
