Stayed for 1 night in Nanaimo, room was fantastic, very clean with a fantastic view. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant deserve special mention, food was exceptionally good and our host, Kelly, was extremely accomodating and ahead of the game throughout the meal. We would highly recommend this venue.
Great experience with check in, the room was exceptionally clean and well kept. A bit expensive but overall good hotel.
Awesome stay of 10 days. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Great public areas to relax in.
