I got a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee which looked good but ran badly. I've been back and forth with them for 4 months. They said issue was fixed but NOT!!! I Just kept getting a runaround and I'm SICK OF IT
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!! My husband bought a car from here and they "promised" to fix things wrong we found at the time of purchase. We have the car for a week and notice an oil leak and the drive train malfuction comes on. They have our car for TWO WEEKS and claim to have fixed the issues. I purchased this vehicle on August 11, 2021 and was issued a 90 day warranty. In the mist of the warranty the transmission solenoid A valve was getting stuck open. After dropping off my vehicle in mid October I have yet to receive my vehicle back. It has gone to 3 to 4 different garages to be fixed and all I keep getting is a false date of when it will be ready. I have made car payments to an outside source and I still do not have my vehicle.
