6:15am morning routine; drinking coffee; thermostat reads 79°, (normally set at 74°), and climbed to 84° . No Bueno. 6:29 texted Todd McWilliams at Coast2Coast to explain the situation over several texts. 6:48 Todd: ‘we got you covered’ 6:54 text from Coast2Coast to confirm Matt will be on site from 12-2pm. 12:05pm Matt from Coast2Coast arrives to troubleshoot and perform corrective actions. 12:26 Matt departs. AC is fixed and running well. Muy Bueno! There is no other AC company better than C2C!
