We had the opportunity to dine in the airport location. Our food was tasty, hot and fresh. However, the service was very unfriendly. They were more concerned about closing at 8:30 than providing service to their customers. Last call was 8:15, drinks were served about 8:30. We were asked to leave at 8:45. I was very disappointed in her tone, attitude and concern for clocking out. I’m looking for a little more sensitivity in our airport service. Jason I am so sorry for your experience. We don't run the day to day operations at the Coals in the Louisville airport but I will be sure to let Host International know of your dissatisfaction. We are in a tough spot and quite frustrated when our guests feel they are not welcomed.
