Terrible customer service including from the manager as well. Our food was great but the service terrible. Had to wait over an hour to get our food. Couldn’t even eat it there because we had to get back to work. And the manager was dry and didn’t even apologize. Never had such rude service from a manager!!
Tried to go here for lunch. Several members of the staff looked our way but no one would seat us. The restaurant was not busy during this time. After waiting five minutes to be seated we left for some other place who wanted our business.
Last Friday we hosted a rehearsal dinner in Middletown for our son and bride to be - wedding party and family which had grown from 38 people to 53! The food was awesome and always delicious! The wait staff and bartender kept everything moving smoothly! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you to Madeline and Todd and our tremendous servers!!
Very upscale environment, with a fine beer and wine selection. The appetizers and pizza were both phenomenal (The Waverly). Our server was on top of it, and was very helpful in our decisions. Topped the night off with a canoli! Will deff be back :)
For any Brides to Be in the Louisville Area, Coals Artisan Pizza in Middletown wan an awesome choice for our rehearsal dinner. Great service, accommodated our large party, and the food was amazing (as usual). If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner space, get in touch with Coals Pizzas Catering department you won’t be sorry. 😊
Hope this locations better then the air port location where they turn you away 30 mins before advertised closing to eat
This is my favorite place to eat in Louisville. To clarify I’m not picky and love so much food but I actively crave the pepperonis that Coals uses. Everything I perfect. The pepperonis, the wine, cocktails and beer selection. And omg the dough! I have been looking for a similar place in Cincinnati but there isn’t. So I come in town to the food paradise of Louisville and continue to go to coals and no where else.
