For 12 consecutive years Coalition Management rented my Deer Valley condo. They are by far the best property management company and impeccable in ever aspect. It's no wonder Sotheby's has merged with Coalition. Now they will manage my SLC properties too. Cheers ....

They are absolutely awesome, if you have an issue they have handimen there very quickly, they were very kind and great to work with , my daughter and I had a rough year and they worked with us through it all, Audreay and Annette see just so very professional, I was very sad to go i hope we can rent from a company as awesome as then in the future, God bless you all!!!
Coalition Management is the worst rental property manager I've encountered in over 10 years of renting. First, it often took months for repair issues to be resolved. For example, we asked to have a black colored mold removed from our shower last March and it took them more than two months to address the issue. Second, when we moved in, we recommended they install a water softener to avoid hard water build up on the glass walls of the showers which we constantly had to scrub to keep clean.
