This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I felt completely invalidated and was treated with utter dismissal by the NP I saw. Instead of providing care, they questioned why I was even there and told me to just go to the hospital. To make matters worse, the NP left the room, leaving me to find my own way back to the front desk. I left the building in tears and will never return.
Everybody there is extremely helpful, caring and understanding. They’ve helped my family and myself through a lot of ailments and long term health. Much appreciated.
Everyone is excellent. No complaints. I see phlebotomists all the time, I’ve never met one I didn’t like. If you are seen regularly enough, as I am, you get the privilege of contact with the Medical Director, Kelly Hensgen. The same Medical Director who very abruptly slipped through the open door behind me and trapped me with my sleeve halfway up to introduce herself, notify me to do better or have my care terminated because I missed an appointment on Friday.
