Absolute joke. They've somehow managed to mess up 2 remote visits now and you can't ever talk to a person because if you call their provided number it's disconnected, and if you call their "visits" number you get nothing but static and transferred to someone that just sends you to voicemail.
So sad our state funding is funding inhumane ¨hospitals¨ where no living soul deserves to be incarcerated in.
