I'm so disappointed! We have lived in Colleyville for 15 years and are business owners. I have never visited you guys and today was going to be the first experience. I have an entertainment book coupon for a buy one get one free pizza. Your manager would not take it saying "new ownership" doesn't accept it. Wow! You lost a customer over less than $18. I would suggest changing your policy. Had you accepted it and we liked your pizza, we would come back over and over. Now, I choose to not even try it.

We are sorry that due to Entertainment Passbooks error you have decided not to try our restaurant. Entertainment passbook put in coupons without our consent. We have contacted them and had the coupons removed from their website and have a notice on the front door of the restaurant stating our regrets and reasons for not accepting the coupons.
