Nothing makes up for the poor health conditions people living there are incurring and the management is doing NOTHING about it. Just pacifying the residents about mold that is in at least 30 of the units.IT IS NOT THEIR FAULTS.... Insulation blown in wasn t done properly and sealed off the vents and now it is no properly ventilated, causing water to leak into apts, steam is building up like saunas inside the apts, and walls leaking water. Marietta Mills apts might be nice, but are definately NOT worth the headache. First, lets start with the kind of folks that live there. You will find some good people, but there is an abundance of pot heads that dont watch thier own children. You might as well forget trying to sleep in on a Saturday morning. You will have a headache from all the screaming kids outside on YOUR porch. Maintenance is really terrible. Dont expect to have things fixed the right way.
