Coal Creek family medicine is highly NOT recommended. Their doctors may be good, but their services are really really poor. Usually for the family medicine practice, we are looking for a whole package, not just one or two doctors in a clinic, but also the overall service that comes with it. I made an appointment for an annual physical, drove 30 minutes to the appointment, and then was told that the appointment listed in their computer was not for an annual physical and therefore I could not be seen that day. That made no sense because I had made an appointment for an annual physical! The receptionist was completely dismissive. I will not return here with this kind of disrespect for my time and this dishonesty.
