We recently sold our home using Ted as our realtor. He was fantastic. The pictures, brochures, and website he provided were very high quality. He went above and beyond expectations for helping us with staging, etc. He really worked hard to get us the best offer on our home. We would highly recommend Ted as a realtor.
If you want a partner (not a mere realtor) who really will go the extra mile you've come to the right place. Ted encouraged us to list for far more than we had hoped we could get and ultimately we set a new standard for price in the neighborhood (much to the delight of our neighbors.) The photos he took of our property are magazine worthy and the staging was immaculate (moved to LA so we needed the help!). Most realtors can't even come close to comparing to this level of service.
