Don't do it, trust me or not!!!
I've lived here for almost two years and never had an issue with the property manager Darrin, or the apartment itself. I live on the very backside and it's quiet considering it is the cheapest apartments in the area. Police are here probably 2x a month, but those tenants are always swiftly dealt with by Darrin. He keeps the riff raff out.
