I rented for two years, two different apartments thru Coady Rentals. Overall, it was a great experience and I would have rented again if there were more options for single person apartments. The maintenance crew always fixed issues in a timely manner. Brian is a good landlord and very empathetic. The only negative I would say would be lacking a receptionist. They used to have a receptionist and I really liked her, but now they don’t have one. Communication was always so easy and quick with her.
My friends and I lived on Congress Street this past school year and we had a great experience! No hidden fees, all straight up, very fast at maintaince requests, very helpful, always answered the phone in a good time, and overall a very nice guy. Highly reccomend renting through Coady Rentals!
Coady Rentals was a great company to rent from, never had any issues and any things that did needed to be fixed, were fixed very promptly and without question. Shoutout Brian for always helping us out!
I lived in a house of Coady Rentals for a year and only have positive things to say about Brian and his staff. Whenever there was a maintenance request submitted we heard back almost immediately and there were staff there to help. Coady Rentals made my experience that much easier.
