My roommates and I rented from Coady Rentals for two years and loved our experience! All of our needs were met super quickly by maintenance, and Brian made the entire process of renting and anything else we needed smooth. I would recommend Coady Rentals to anyone in Athens looking to rent!
Coady Rentals was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Brian was an excellent landlord and always responsive, professional, and a great communicator. Anytime I had a question or needed something, he was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend renting from them!
