I rented from Coady for two years and had a great experience. Very responsive, easy to work with, even helped work with us if we forgot about a rent payment that was due. Funny and kind guy. Very responsive and helpful maintenance. For example, our furnace failed one winter and within a few hours maintenance was there with space heaters for us while they waited on parts to arrive. Coady Rentals is one of the best rental agencies you can ask for, especially for both new and current OU students. My roommates and I lived in their properties for two years and never encountered any issues. They were always timely in responding to maintenance concerns and stayed on top of day-to-day property management throughout the year. They even went as far as providing a hotel for us during a main water break to ensure our safety, which really showed how much they care about their tenants.
