Coady Rentals was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Brian was an excellent landlord and always responsive, professional, and a great communicator. Anytime I had a question or needed something, he was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend renting from them!
My college roommates and I rented from Coady rentals for two years. We could not have asked for a better landlord. Brian was always so helpful and responsive, especially when we had roommate issues. He was always very flexible and helped us whenever we needed it. We rented with Coady rentals for two years and they were the best landlord we could’ve asked for. They responded to maintenance requests so fast and were so understanding with any issues we had!
I rented for two years, two different apartments thru Coady Rentals. Overall, it was a great experience and I would have rented again if there were more options for single person apartments. The maintenance crew always fixed issues in a timely manner. Brian is a good landlord and very empathetic. The only negative I would say would be lacking a receptionist. They used to have a receptionist and I really liked her, but now they don’t have one. Communication was always so easy and quick with her.
