Reviews on my experience at COAD Toyota. We were encouraged to put down a $1,000.00 retainer for a new car. They couldn't get the car. It has been a month and a day and they still have our money. Checks in the mail, nope. Come in 2-14-2025 pick up check. Sorry no check. Nobody here to sign a check! Come back some other time to get your $1,000.00 your money back, WHEN??? Salesman: I DON'T KNOW!!!
