I took my car here for repairs after an accident and they were super helpful and great communication. There was only a slight mixup which was taken care of within 24hrs.
Every other time has been a great experience but when I went to call this time ( new owner i assume)for a minor problem the man who answered the phone was rude cut me off and talked over me didnt even take the time for me to ask what I needed before he told me he couldn't help me I understand not taking new appointments but being rude definitely doesnt make me want to wait for their to be a opening
