Worst apartment I have ever been. Never received a copy of my contract. Neighbors were all loud no respect for others. Everything kept breaking down. Sinks were always clogged plus shower. Heater never worked for a whole year I was there.
Amazing complex! I wish we could’ve stayed longer than we did but had to move out of state. Look no further than Coachlight! Amazingly low rent for such a nice part of town and nice units.
I currently live here and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.. she ( darleen ) said I'm not allowed two kids I my 1 bedroom apartment. And has threaten to revoke my lease because of it.. also constantly on my butt about having friends and have to. tell her every second when I have any kind of company ...
Love to live here! Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly stuff and neighbors! May be some of the amenities need to be updated like floor plans, laundry rooms. But great place to live with affordable rent!!
