The apartments are the nicest I have seenm especially to be for the elderly and Section VIII or rent-subsidized. The rooms are large, with a huge bathroom and even a hallway from the living room to the bathroom, bypassing the bedroom which gives you privacy in the bedroom. This is the only place I know of that has this feature. They have central a/c and an area in front for your own private flower bed, etc. The one drawback at the present time is that our state has no law regulating children in this type complex.
