Fantastic staff! Tyler , Ricky , Emanuel are a great staff far better than anyone that's been here before and I have been here for the last 10 years. I appreciate their hard work and we finally have our pool open thanks mg.

Office Staff Office staff is always kind and attentive to work orders. Has a pool and I like that there are two laundry rooms. Not far from anything I need and they are putting in a new Laredo Taco next door that will be convenient.
Bed bugs Was nice until I found out the complex has a bed bug issue! Not good considering the ventilation systems in the apartments are connected. To make matters worse I'm getting charged almost $400 for treatments after finding one bed bug. If I was the cause of the infestation I would not have a problem paying for the treatments, but after hearing of other residents complain, combined with the fact that I've only seen one in almost a year, I don't understand how I'm being held responsible. Affordable, quiet and good management I have lived at Coachlight for almost five years and I would not easily relocate anywhere due to the positive experience I have had. Most importantly it is affordable, singles and family friendly, and management does good upkeep of the property. Many places can be nightmarish because of bad management alone but you won't have that experience here. I feel safe and comfortable here.
