Great experience with dealership, although i was there all day they did everything they could to accommodate my needs. Mike Cota was my sales person there and was great! He took the time to go over all the features on my new car and even offered his help if i had any questions in the future! Giving VW a second chance after a bad experience with my 2022 atlas.
Service advisor Johnny Bergandi gave me excellent assistance with understanding my car door locks and how they work with the computer that runs my electric car. Coachella Valley VW has an outstanding service department. Thank You Johnny!
If you want a VW badly enough, you'll come here regardless of the negative reviews. However, I'll tell you what to expect. Firstly, they will not reveal most things to you. Be thorough when inspecting the vehicle for dings, windshield chips, bald tires, etc. After the test drive, he led my mom to the negotiation table. Secondly, during negotiation, our salesman, Mike Cota, attempted to add thousands of dollars for "car accessories." This is likely their go-to tactic.
