I recently visited The Palm Springs office of Coachella Valley optometry on April 3, 2026. I was immediately impressed by the staff warm, welcome and helpful attitude. They made me feel at home and like I was a valued client from the first interactions all the way through the experience. Dr. Tyler Horton was extremely thorough informative, obviously well experienced in ways I have never encountered during an eye exam. Jimmy was awesome! He helped with all my questions and concerns regarding my ins and scheduling my visit over the phone. I’ve been coming to this location in Coachella for about 5 years now and the staff is always welcoming, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend.
Excellent customer service from the time you walk through the door. Dr. Horton took very good care to explain everything. I recommend paying the extra to get the eye scan that way you don't have to get your eyes dilated. It was a great experience. Tell them I sent you.. Thank you to Karen at the desk , Jasmin who did our testing of the eyes , and Cynthia who takes care of the eye glasses( where you choose your new glasses).
