High Tech, Low Touch, Efficient but not personal. Felt like I was a biology project for a college student to process as quickly as he could. If I asked something I got the "i am smarter than you" style of answer. Full exam in and out in under 45 min. Staff asks you the exam questions with their back to you and they stare at a computer monitor. NO EYE contact. About the ONLY person with sales skills was the dispensing optician. My experience with CVOptometry was wonderful. Dr. Tyler Horton was very compassionate and caring. His examination of my eyes was very thorough. He was very patient, and answered all my questions. The staff was very professional and kind. I will definitely refer my family and friends to CVOptometry.
It was my first time getting glasses, and everything felt confusing at first, but Aidé was so detailed and patient. She explained how my prescription works and what astigmatism means. She helped me pick my favorite pair (even though I tried on a million ) and made me feel so comfortable wearing glasses. Now I even want to buy more styles! My glasses arrived on time, and I’m absolutely in love with them. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her for more styles and sunglasses — highly recommend, excellent service and care!
