One of the.. no, the worst facility of this type I have ever been to. The ward was disgusting. The nurses were 9.9/10 actively petty and cruel towards patients. According to the nurses there’s no communication from their management to them.. and it really shows. I’ve never been to jail before. But this pretty much felt like it. “Single file line! Our family member had a very positive experience with Coachella Valley Behavioral Health. The staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my family members well-being from the moment he arrived. The therapists and care team took the time to listen and provide support. The environment was clean, welcoming, and focused on recovery. I'm grateful for the care my family member received, thank you for all your help.

Great place . My sister was just there. Lots of new staff but most were super nice. My sister is elderly and said all the nurses on Colorado were very nice and helpful. A newer nurse named Jen helped her find her dog after the cops took it , this past week . Even tho there were newer nurses there, and they were learning to do something on the computer. She said the rn went above and beyond and showed compassionate . She felt heard and listened to and acknowledged. Most nurses just want to push meds and chart. She said that w... read more

I have nothing but high. Regards, for Coachella Valley Behavioral Health. I was an inpatient, and fortunate enough to continue my journey by attending group outpatient therapy. I was given the tools I so desperately needed. Thank you to all the staff that I was fortunate enough to meet, and learn from.
