NICO, NICO, NICO! He is the best band deserves to lead the nurses! Don’t change you! You’re prefect!!!! All of the other nurses and staff are some of the worst people that this world has created! They do not care about your health let alone mental health! They claim that they will not Uber you here but they will Uber you home. That is a lie! They refused to Uber. I can only guess this entity has it's hands in big pharma. Absolutely zero therapy takes place. None. Residents are 'turned out' in a yard 2-3 times daily to walk in circles and then typically taken to the 'activity room' where staff sit on their phones and residents are given coloring pages; something that resembles the lowest level of daycare imaginable. I was broken and in bed for almost a month suffering from debilitating depression and a broken heart before entering the CVBH facility. I was scared to ask for help and even more afraid when the admissions staff very kindly and graciously opened their doors to me offering me a bed right away. I took the risk despite my fear of the unknown, and drove to Indio from desert Hot Springs and smoked 3 cigarettes before walking through the front door, even though i had quit smoking. This place was so kind and caring. Staff never judged me or talked down to me. I felt safe there. For was mid, but they try. I would totally recommend this place for someone or their loved one.
