I hired this company to clean our house before we moved our furniture in. I guess they didn't realize we already had cameras installed so came in, while I wasn't here, and didn't actually- just pretended. When I reached out to the owner to inform her, Marcela, she was apologetic but said they probably ran out of time. I told her I didn't want them to return because they weren't trustworthy and she sent them anyways. They still did not know about cameras and came and did the same thing again. My wife and I just starting using Coachella Maids to have our house cleaned every other week. We were pleasantly surprised with how professional they have been from the very first meeting. The quality of our house cleaner was much better than anyone we've ever used before, She listened to our special requests for cleaning products as well as some areas in the house that needed attention.
