I am so grateful for my trainer, Shain! He really knows his stuff and takes the time to teach proper technique so I understand where I need strength and how to build it safely. He has an understanding of physical therapy principles, so he’s mindful of injuries and checks in about how I am feeling as I progress. Trainers here will absolutely get you to where you want to be. They have done excellent at getting my kid ready for football.
Great atmosphere and an incredible workout! Coach Daniel does a great job keeping up the energy during workouts
Some of the best personal training I’ve ever received! The 6 am group classes with Daniel are the best. This is the strongest and most in shape I’ve ever been. CTP is very clean and the workouts are wonderfully intense.
I would HIGHLY recommend Coach Daniel! Great workout filled with even better motivation.
