Step class was amazing and unconventional. This is a class that all need to attend.
I had a great experience at Coach Pain’s Academy. The workout was definitely challenging, but after doing some research on their program, I really appreciate how practical and purposeful their training style is compared to most gyms I’ve been to in the past. The environment is very team-oriented, and everyone pushes each other to give their best effort. Thank you for the comped class — I truly enjoyed it and look forward to training with you more in the future!

As a veteran, I was excited to try Coach Pain Academy, especially for their military-style workouts. Walking in, Coach Pain and the others made me feel right at home. Not your typical gym!! This is my third day coming to Coach Pain Academy. I’ve got to say I’m really liking it, a lot. I mean it when I say, “Not your typical gym” it’s more than that. It’s a family.
