Nyree is an unbelievable coach! She makes every session fun, but works you hard, pushing you to your limits. I highly recommend Nyree if you are looking for a PT who knows their stuff!
I initially started working with Nyree online, and started in the gym at the beginning of the year. She’s got a lot of knowledge and always happy to answer any questions I have. Not only that she’s kind and supportive of any health and fitness goals you might have. At the end of the day she genuinely wants to see you and all of her clients meet their goals.
