Easily one of the best investments I've ever made for myself! 🌟 She is strict (exactly what I needed to stay accountable!), always follows up, and takes the time to give fully explained answers. What sets her apart is her incredible level of care and communication. She never leaves you hanging; she always follows up to check on you. Whenever I asked a question, I didn't just get a simple "yes" or "no." She gave me fully detailed, thoroughly explained answers so I could actually understand the why behind her advice. Nyree has had such a huge impact on my life, and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. When I first started in 2024 I never imagined I’d be capable of achieving some of the things I have today. From 20+kg weight loss, and rehabilitation of my knee, to building confidence, improving my fitness, and completing my first 5km and 10km runs. Nyree has been there through it all. She believed in me long before I believed in myself, and that belief helped me push through so many moments of self-doubt. One of my favourite memo... read more
Nyree is an unbelievable coach! She makes every session fun, but works you hard, pushing you to your limits. I highly recommend Nyree if you are looking for a PT who knows their stuff!
I initially started working with Nyree online, and started in the gym at the beginning of the year. She’s got a lot of knowledge and always happy to answer any questions I have. Not only that she’s kind and supportive of any health and fitness goals you might have. At the end of the day she genuinely wants to see you and all of her clients meet their goals. I’ve lost 8.5kgs since I started and I feel stronger. One of the best things I’ve done for myself this year was step foot in the gym with a great pt like Nyree
