In response to my previous review from my Purple Wave purchase Owner states that they offered to fix the bus. He did not fix the bus. I would've had no problem taking the bus after repairs. I also did not state that I did not needed it. I never said such thing, I specifically said FIX it or give me my money back. He even got the title from me thinking that he will take care of this issue. Do NOT buy used buses from here. There are plenty of honest bus dealers out there. Coach masters is far from being honest. I had a terrible experience with Coach Masters. Purchased a running motor coach thru Purple Wave, at moment of pickup they could not get the bus running, after further diagnosis they found the engine was full of water. Owner refused to give a refund but offered to repair the bus. Very professional and prompt.
I have had a great experience with Ryan and the team over at CoachMasters. I purchased a '99 Shuttle bus sight unseen from them and had it delivered to me in Colorado. Their delivery drivers were super nice as well. They were honest, easy to work with and represented the vehicle condition accurately over the phone and with pics. I ended up buying an '06 GMC Shuttle from Ryan again a week later. I would have no reservations referring friends or family to this company and crew.
