Four months ago I noticed water damage in my kitchen, the property management company wouldn't send anybody, the HOA wasn't any better, I hired a plumber to cut my wall open. The water was coming from a pipe that per the bylaws the HOA is responsible for, the HOA won't call their insurance company. My cabinets have mold. My walls and ceiling have water damage, and the insulation in the walls is growing and spreading through the building.
