I’ve had the pleasure of living at Clove Manor for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic. Michelle and the ladies in the office are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure that any questions or concerns are addressed. I would definitely recommend living at clove manor.
My main issue is with maintenance. My husband put in a work order about our ceiling peeling along with a few other issues around the beginning of November. 3 months later our ceiling work still isn’t complete. Our dish washer keeps leaking and I was told that it needed to be replaced, but it still hasn’t been replaced (but I’m not surprised because our vanity sink in the main bathroom was supposed to get replaced almost a year ago and it never got replaced). Me and my girlfriend love the apartment we applied for... Randomly received this email from them to create a resident portal but never heard anything of an approval or seem to get in contact with anybody for answers.
