RecommendedWe lived at Coach House this past year and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the parking lot, grounds and dog park were very well maintained and any request we had was taken care of quickly.

I give this place 5 Stars! I’m so happy to live in this apartment complex. It is beautiful and great location. The apartment complex is clean, safe and well maintained. The Staff are excellent, specially the Leasing Professional Helen, and Joe the Maintenance Guy are awesome! I would certainly recommend the Coach House Apartments!
I would definitely not recommend this apartment due to the management only. They are trying to charge me two months rent for "Insufficient Notice of Vacancy" at the end of my lease. I notified them via their notice I was not renewing my lease and within the 60 days required but they failed to get the notice. I called, emailed, and never got a response nor any indication they never received my notice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone its a disgrace and all they want is money money money.
This was "the place to be", after we were left with no management this place is falling apart slowly. the property is poorly maintain specially the green areas, broken glass, and garbage that hasn't been picked up for months. hopefully we will get efficient management soon!!!
Roaches and spiders run!!! ceilings falling in, stink from bathroom sink also clogging bathtub over a month save your self don't move or visit anyone here! Outside maitence horrible too funny how the rent is over priced for a low key slum smh but quick to tell you the same man who built the plaza built these smh just stop liars how do y'all sleep with all the lies
