This was an awful experience. I will not recommend Coach Blizzard Tours to anyone. Bus was in awful condition. Seats were worn out and broke, electric wires hanging from light fixtures without cover, ceiling missing pieces, bathroom light was not working, rain was leaking inside bus, microphone did not work, several dashboard lights was on, bus driver did not have a clue how to get there. It was embarrassing to my guest. I will not use their service again.
Let's start with the driver Mr. Dean Robinson, he was polite, patient, and very professional. The bus was clean. It was BKO first road trip, I am not my hair tour. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Mr. Robinson you come highly recommend from me and so does Coach Blizzard Tours!!
