Coach Ahmadi is an incredibly knowledgeable coach, with many years of experience. Coming into training with Coach Ahmadi, I was feeling burnt out with training. I always had lingering pains. I felt stressed, tired, and needed a break from climbing and training. Coach Ahmadi helped me get back on track and I feel the best/strongest I've felt in the last 4-5 years, and I'm feeling really excited about training and climbing again.
Our son is 26 years old, and in all those years, nothing we tried ever sparked even the slightest desire for him to exercise. About six months ago, we hired Coach Ahmadi to work with him twice a week—and something truly shifted. The way he connects and coaches unlocked a motivation we had never seen before.
