Kirstian was absolutely incredible! She made our shopping experience worthwhile. There’s something so special about an employee that provides a joyful experience, and Kirstian is that person! Ask for her if you shop at this location.
Literally… just left out of the coach store at 6:00pm and customer service is a 0/10. The young white man looked at me and my mom and child in the eyes and looked the other way. The experience was not great because I actually planned to buy a couple of things I walked out of the store because if you are going to bluntly racist I won’t use my black dollars to shop in your store. It’s 2026 there is no reason for customer service to be poor towards black!
I had a fantastic experience with Carrie. I was returning a purchase I bought at coach.com and she helped me find the perfect bag that fit me better.
My friend and I visited this location yesterday, and April was AMAZING! She was so attentive and knowledgeable about the different bag options and allowed me to process, not at all overbearing. This was a fun experience for me and I will most certainly be back!
