I had such a wonderful experience at Coach thanks to Kelly! She was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in and took the time to educate me on the brand and the different styles available. She even helped me problem solve a fix for my bag, which I really appreciated. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the visit so enjoyable. Thank you, Kelly, for your impeccable service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bad customer service
Chandly provided amazing customer service and made my entire shopping experience at Coach incredibly pleasant. She was welcoming, patient, professional, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I especially appreciated how attentive and personable she was without ever making me feel pressured to purchase anything. She is a wonderful representation of Coach and definitely made my wife and I want to return!
