I will not be going back to this store. I went in to buy an Empire Carryall 48 bag on my birthday, and had an awful experience. The woman that helped me find the bag was lovely, but after purchasing the bag(my mistake, should have asked to see the bag I would be leaving with before putting my card down) they brought me the bag I had bought from the back so I could see the condition of the leather, and the front and back of the bag were scratched. April was amazing to work with. She was welcoming, friendly, and kind. Any questions we had she answered them. The tall male with dark hair was not as friendly and welcoming. It felt like we were a bother to him. April helped so much and made us feel so much more comfortable and another employee as well we were all talking to!
Came to this Coach location from out of state and was immediately greeted by no less than 3 SA's when I walked in. Ella began to assist me in looking at bags and showed me all available options from the latest drop; one being a sold-out-everywhere-else Tabby I was dying for! She helped me choose which colors to pick for the tag personalization, and also hooked me up with another tag for another bag I purchased elsewhere. My experience was fabulous. Usually I don't complain, but the store manager is horrible. I wanted to make a return, and the manager a guy was so Rude and unprofessional and when I asked him if he can let me talk to another manager or his supervisor he said I’m the only manager here and the only one in charge . Later on I tried to call the store and a lady name JADA answered and I asked her to transfer my call to the store manager she said we have only one manager here and her name is Stephanie !!!!
