Usually I don't complain, but the store manager is horrible. I wanted to make a return, and the manager a guy was so Rude and unprofessional and when I asked him if he can let me talk to another manager or his supervisor he said I’m the only manager here and the only one in charge . Went in on Monday May 4th to browse with my mom, we asked about a couple of items. We were nothing but polite and still managed to get plently of glares from the store manager who was standing in the middle of the store, I felt so uncomfortable that I prompted my mom to leave. Kirstian was absolutely incredible! She made our shopping experience worthwhile. There’s something so special about an employee that provides a joyful experience, and Kirstian is that person! Ask for her if you shop at this location.
Literally… just left out of the coach store at 6:00pm and customer service is a 0/10. The young white man looked at me and my mom and child in the eyes and looked the other way. The experience was not great because I actually planned to buy a couple of things I walked out of the store because if you are going to bluntly racist I won’t use my black dollars to shop in your store. It’s 2026 there is no reason for customer service to be poor towards black!
