I stopped by Coach at Lenox this afternoon, and April was fantastic! She was very patient and knowledgeable about the look I was going for. She greeted everyone who came in and made the store feel so welcoming. I typically don’t write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize her excellent service.
Visited this location 20 mins before closing to grab my sister a birthday gift. April and Chanley were so nice, helpful, and accommodating. Chanley took time answering my questions and helping me choose the right items. They were patient and allowed me to charge my phone because it went dead right before payment. And they stayed past closing hours to embroider a tag! Amazing customer service! Will be back to shop for myself.
I love coach but today was something else we came in nobody greeted us. ALEXANDER was the one who helped us and looked me up and down as though she was judging me when checking me out. I don’t know what her problem is but is this how you make your customers feel? Not welcomed and uncomfortable? Training on how to treat people and the skills should be retrained.
