My friend and I visited this location yesterday, and April was AMAZING! She was so attentive and knowledgeable about the different bag options and allowed me to process, not at all overbearing. This was a fun experience for me and I will most certainly be back!
Carrie was wonderful in helping me design my Brooklyn bag chain and charms. She was so welcoming and accommodating. However, there was another Caucasian male associate that made me feel very unwelcome. This was the second time in 2 months I have came across him and he will look at you up and down before deciding if you were worth his time. This is why people prefer to shop online .
Very beautiful purses but horrible customer service.
I visited Coach store and was disappointed with the experience. The employee wasn’t rude, but kept asking if the item I was asking about was from the outlet. I’m sure he didn’t intend to, but it came across as if he was indirectly emphasising the outlet, which felt unnecessary. I would have appreciated more straightforward and helpful assistance.
